Terms of use
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. What this service is
gemini-watermark.org (“the service”) is a free browser tool that removes the visible watermark from images generated with Google Gemini. All processing happens locally in your browser; your images are never transmitted to us. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the images you process. Because processing is local, we never receive, store, or see them. You are solely responsible for how you use the service and the resulting images, including compliance with the laws that apply to you and with any terms of service that govern the images you edit (such as Google’s). Do not use the service to misrepresent AI-generated content as human-made where that is prohibited, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
3. What the tool does and does not do
The tool removes only the visible logo watermark. It does not remove or alter SynthID or other invisible provenance signals embedded in the image. We make no guarantee that removal will succeed on any particular image.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is zero.
6. Changes
We may update the service or these terms at any time. The date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
